I am so happy you are here and interested in learning a little more of my story. For starters I was born and raised in rural Iowa. Ive been a mystic and gifted human since as long as I can remember and I am very excited about the current life path I am on because it feel like my higher purpose is continuing to be filled.

Im a firm believer that movement is medicine and I love teaching āsana along with breath work + meditation. I have been in practice with this work (yoga) for 8 years and have been certified to teach for 6. This practice and pilgrimage to a deeper understanding of myself happened while I was in rehab, after losing my mother at the age of 14 I hit my rock bottom very early in my life. I turned to finding a way to cope with the grief of losing my mother by dropping out of school and turning to substance abuse. After spending a year in solitude form the “normal” world I craved a new, healthier, vice. I became obsessed with the idea that I could rewrite my entire life. I integrated a beautiful practice into my life and planted the seeds for who I am today and who I am still becoming. Shortly after receiving my certification to facilitate yoga I also went through initiation to receive my Reiki levels I + II. I am currently in training to become a Womb healer facilitator and look forward to sharing more of that journey as it unfolds. If you have yet to gather the message by now I am a huge lover of being connected and do so by many channels. You will catch me flowing with my crystal bowls, reading tarot, chanting and practicing somatic.

Through my mental health struggles and over all navigation of life my spiritual path continues to help guide me, helping me lead with my heart and curiosity in my life and career.

Lets talk tattooing

I have been apprenticing to become a tattoo artist for two years now and through my work ive been met with the same desire to heal and understand myself along with others through creativity. Whether I am able to heal parts of myself or help someone on their own journey, this craft is something I consider sacred and is a special way to communicate with one anohter. My goal with tattooing is to simply create ceremony. Honoring where tattoo has come from is important to me. I wish to be able to lead with a deeper understanding of one another and offer my clients a sense of compassion when working with them. Weaving ancient wisdom with modern techniques, I desire to bring in more intention and creative liberation through fully owning and embodying my offerings.
